Matt’s trailblazing leadership culminated in a promotion to Chief Operating Officer, a role that exemplifies his profound influence and leadership within the firm. As an industry veteran, Matt spent his career prior to Crestone building his financial acumen at Mount Yale Capital Group in Denver, Colorado and Unicom Capital, LLC, a Denver-based hedge fund, where he gained invaluable insights into the complexities of financial markets. Beyond his role at Crestone, Matt's leadership extends to the esteemed University of Colorado Investment Policy Committee, focused on the institution's investment strategies and fostering financial prosperity. Matt is a member of YPO Colorado and YPO International, engaging with a global community of leaders, forging connections, and exploring innovation and inspiration.
